Redemptive Cycles is a bicycle shop that sells new and refurbished bikes, including e-bikes, as well as bike parts and accessories. They also repair and maintain bikes of all makes. Redemptive Cycles is open from 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Friday, and from 10am to 5pm on Saturday.
Cahaba Cycles is a family-owned and operated bicycle shop that sells a wide range of bicycles, apparel, accessories, and components. They also organize Trample, a ride through the city. Cahaba Cycles is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
REI is a full-service bike retailer, carrying a wide range of bike brands, components, and accessories, and their repair shops are staffed by some of the industry’s best-trained professionals. REI is open from 9am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, and from 11am to 6pm on Sunday.

Red Mountain Park has a nice MTB trail that is suitable for everyone.
Vulcan Trail is a 1.7-mile out-and-back trail with moderate traffic.
Jemison Park Nature Trail is a paved path trail.
